Vanessa Schmidt BVSc (Hons) CertVD DipECVD MRCVS (Guide Dog Referrals in the North)

Vanessa graduated from The University of Queensland, Australia in 1994. She holds the European Diploma in Veterinary Dermatology and the Royal College Certificate in Veterinary Dermatology. She is currently undertak- ing PhD studies on antimicrobial resistance at the University of Liverpool. Vanessa is currently an ECVD Exam- iner. Vanessa works with Steve doing Guide Dog work in the North West.

Simon Want BVM&S CertVD MRCVS (Feldon Veterinary Centre. Leamington, Kenilworth, Hinckley and Bedworth)

Simon Want is an RCVS Certificate holder in Veterinary Dermatology and has been involved in second opinion work since taking his examinations in 2009, working closely with Dr Shaw during that time. He is co-owner and founder of Feldon Veterinary Centre, an award winning small animal practice, but now devotes most of his time to referral dermatology. He is a father to three children and his wife, Louise is Head nurse of Feldon Veterinary Centre. He is happy to see dermatology cases, along with Steve at Feldon Veterinary Centre.

Please note that cases referred to see a particular clinician will be seen by that person
